Paediatric Liver Centre, Kings College Hospital, London This two-part review provides a comprehensive summary of clinical and research literature on paediatric liver transplantation. Part 2 focuses on the long-term physical consequences and psychological impact of transplantation and critically examines neurobehavioural, sexual development, psychosocial function and overall impact on childrens quality of life. This review highlights the implications for clinical practice in specialist and local services and suggests areas where research is required to improve the lives of children after liver transplantation.
